Roof Restore was created after we purchased our dream home. Once we settled in everything seemed to be going great until a rainy day came about. The next day I noticed a bunch of small sand like droplets on the concrete floor. I thought to myself this is strange where did this come about. Soon I discovered it was coming off my roof shingles. When your roof shingles get old, the granules start coming off. That’s never a good sign as I learned that my roof was coming to an end of it’s lifecycle.
I called a few roofing companies and soon discovered the price for a new roof cost $6-$8 a square foot or $600-$800 a square as they like to call it in roofing terms. My roof size was about 3800 square feet which made the total for roof replacement at about $23,000 to over $30,000. If that wasn’t enough I have solar panels which needs to be completely taken out so the roofers can replace the roof. Once they would finish the solar company would come back and reinstall it for a one time fee of only $6,700. To add on, we just spent a big chunk of money on the down payment for our home and remodeling. I was determined to find an alternative as I could not wrap my head around the possibility of spending all that money on roof replacement. That’s when I learned about roof rejuvenation and how much I can save. I loved the idea so much I decided to open my own business and Roof Restore was born. I love what I do and love making customers happy and putting a smile on their face knowing we just saved them a ton of money. As homeowner’s there seems to be always something to upgrade, change, or replace. We have to maintain the home whether it’s repainting your home, updating the plumbing, electricity, or pressure washing the concrete so it can look new, last longer, and add life to their investment.
